Privacy notice
Realis Studio, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia, under number 3000436936, is responsible for the personal data described below. For any question or request, write to hello@realisstudio.com.
When you write to us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project and invoice it. Legal basis: the steps you ask for before a contract, then the contract itself. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation or the project lasts, and invoices for as long as accounting law requires.
When we write to you first
We contact practices and businesses whose website we could improve. We use business contact details only: the name of the practice or practitioner, a professional email address, the practice website and its town. We take them from the practice’s own public website and from public professional directories. We use them for one-to-one business contact about our website services and for nothing else. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to professionals, weighed against yours: one short email, at most two follow-ups, and an easy way to stop. We never sell or share these details.
Saying no
Reply “no thanks”, or write to hello@realisstudio.com, and we will not contact you again. We then keep only your email address, on a do-not-contact list, so that it stays that way. If we never hear back, we delete your details 12 months after our last email.
Visiting this site
This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the contact form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). Your choice of light or dark mode is stored only in your own browser.
Who else handles the data
Cloudflare (hosting, the contact form and email routing), Google (our mailbox, Gmail) and Brevo (sending email). Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to receive a copy of it, and you can object to being contacted at any time. Write to hello@realisstudio.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: in Belgium the Data Protection Authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
