Headquarters is the web app that runs Realis Studio day to day. It watches every client site and its admin, keeps small finishable missions moving, turns a list of prospects into outreach drafts written in the right language and the right brand voice, reads the replies that come back, and issues the invoices. It runs on Cloudflare with a single database and no framework: the same discipline the studio applies to client work, applied to itself. The screenshots on this page show sample data.

One screen had to answer three questions before anything else: what needs me, what is running, and what comes next. So the home page never scrolls on a desktop (every project, mission and figure is visible at once), and every deeper screen is a click away, never a search. Two dark palettes, one type system, no decoration that does not carry information.

Client sites, missions, outreach drafts, replies and invoices lived in different places. One screen had to answer what needs me, what is running, and what comes next.

One screen: Everything visible at once: no scrolling on a desktop, no search to find a project.
Behind it: A single database, no framework, deployed on the same edge as the sites.
